Breast development is a very special period of life for many teens and sometimes they can be confused without having enough knowledge about breast development stages and about special behavior needed during breast development stages.
Very often young girls ask if they should sleep in bra during breast development stages. What is better for breast development? Would sleeping in bra increase or decrease the size of breasts? What about sleep in bra during breast development stages?
The most important point is to try to be more natural and don’t squeeze body parts without any need. Circulation within the lymphatic system is an all-important part of maintaining breast health (especially during breast development stages). Bras compress the lymph vessels that are close to the breast's surface, preventing the flow of the lymph fluids that help to clear out toxins.

Very often puberty girls start wearing a bra to bed and trying sleep in bra. Usually this is for two very emotional reasons - 1). because of excitement of "finally" being able to wear a bra and 2). just go to sleep and wake up with the bra on, a visible sign of maturity.
If you or someone you know is hooked on sleeping with a bra, it's time to break that habit, for the sake of your breasts (especially during breast development stages).
Breasts are normal body parts and need to have at least some portion of time unconstricted and free to bend and stretch. Nighttime is the body's chance to heal and recuperate from the stresses of the day. It's very important for the breasts to be loose as well, to be able to get a 'normal' blood flow into them.
For your breast health's sake it is better to avoid wearing bras whenever possible, and for those occasions when you do need one, get well-fitting bras.
