Young girls very often are looking in mirror just expecting their breasts to grow. Breast development is a very special period of life for all girls. In most cases the breast development stages start between the ages of 9 and 13.
The first sign of adult breast development is an enlargement and possible darkening of the areola around each nipple. Slight discomfort or tenderness in the breast area isn't uncommon, but it goes away after a few months or so. This tenderness is caused by the influx of hormones that occurs in early puberty. The rapid growth in the breast area will stretch the skin, often causing the area to itch. Scarring in the form of stretch marks can occur.
During development breasts are very sensitive and it is very important to not damage the breast development process. One of few factors which can interfere in breast development stages are wrong bra.
Wrong bra could create several problems in breast development stages.

It is very important to choose the right bra for the period of breast development or just experience braless freedom.
Special measurements are needed for correct bra size selection. While your measurements are vital, it's important to remember that one brand may put you in something slightly bigger or smaller than another brand. So your bra size is a reference, not an absolute. At the same time, during breast development all measurements can be changed every few months.
It is not difficult to identify the wrong bra - if your bra is uncomfortable, it means you selected the wrong bra.
If the only things supporting your bust are your straps, it means you are in the wrong band or cup size;
If the straps and/or band dig into your body, it means you are wearing the wrong band or cup size;
If the band rides up in back, it means you are wearing the wrong band size;
If your bust falls out of the bottom of the bra when you raise your hands, it means you are wearing the wrong band size;
If the cups of your bra are so tight that they create a double bubble effect, it means you are wearing the wrong cup size;
If the cups are so loose that the fabric is folding, it means you are wearing the wrong cup size.
