I have very healthy lifestyle, ideal weight and I never use alcohol and/or smoking and/or drugs. I know that women health need a special attention. But I always have period side effects which are dusturbing. If I have period side effects, does it mean I am not healthy?

Generally speaking, healthy women could have period side effects just because of fluctuation of hormones and becasue of sensitivity to hormonal changes BUT it does not mean you are not healthy.
