The point is that grapes also have sugar so the sweet tooth is satisfied, but they do not have any fat which you get with the sweets, so it is a healthy equivalent as long as you don’t overdo it. 100 grams of chocolate is about 500 kcal and for grapes its just 70 kcal – big difference, thus – weight loss food.

Water

Water – apparently we often confuse the feeling of thirst and hunger. Just try from now on to drink a glass of water any time you think about “I’m going to go get a snack soon”. It’s the only zero calorie substance we have and often you will find that it fills your stomach and you don’t really need the snack.
